Our unique and diverse portfolio ranges significant niche Fabrication and Erection of Heavy Structure for PEB sheds, Technological Structure, Civil Structure and large Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Silos and small poised Spherical Vessels. We have the requisite Engineering, Managerial as well as Financial Capacity to handle EPCC Contracts. The company portfolio is managed through four verticals (SBU) – Mechanical, Civil, EPCC and Manufacturing Division.
ASIAN SKY GROUP has 2 manufacturing units – Halol-Factory and Manjusar Factory, Vadodara-Gujarat to serve the growing needs of Clients in the fields of Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power plant, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Water Sewage system & Pharmaceutical industries which has an inhouse -built facility for heavy structure fabrication for Technological & Civil Structure, Equipment Fabrication, PEB sheds.
ASIPL is also equipped with a well experienced and trained team at site for execution of heavy fabrications and erection works for Structure, Piping, Equipment commissioning for Infrastructure and industrial projects.

Master entrepreneur and technocrat, Md. Aslam Ansari plays several roles with ease. Asian Sky Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has its origins in Fortune Engineering, a company he set up in 2009.
With over 11 years of hands-on experience in multiple capacities at Asian Sky Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. , his meticulousness is best deployed in techno-commercial matters and put to good use as Director-Commercial. In this role, he ensures the smooth flow of funds for the company’s operations. He has been instrumental in raising working capital, enhancing credit limits and introducing systems of financial control. He provides specialist advisory inputs on debt planning in line with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
As a full-time director, Md. Aslam Ansari is involved in planning, directing and controlling all functions of the company. Monitoring and revising company policy, developing new operational procedures and grooming fresh talent are part of his extensive portfolio of responsibilities.
His interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with reputed client have contributed to an ever-growing list of satisfied customers.
